Clogees uses Australia Post service for deliveries to all our on-line customers, we aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days from the time of your order. Please note: Any orders received after 2:00PM (AEST) on a business day, on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a FLAT FEE of $9.95 per order will apply.

An Express option is available at checkout for both free and flat fee shipping. This charge is inclusive of GST and will be added to the purchase price at check-out.

Express Shipping Under $50 = $14.95

Express Shipping Over $50=$5.95

INTERNATIONAL

At this stage we only deliver to Australian Customers.

We recommend that before you purchase a shoe that your ensure that the size and fitting will suit your foot as shoe sizes, widths and structure have a very high variability.  However we offer a 14-day from order exchange policy for incorrect sizing or wrong fit and charge a $9.95 restocking fee to cover freight and handling.

The customer is responsible for all associated costs to return items to us (unless faulty). Clogees (DPG Sales PTY Ltd) will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used. We have 3 conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:-Within 14 days of the order date

• Item must be unworn with the original tags still attached – we are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or damaged soles
• Items must be returned in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
• Postage is non-refundable

Clogees reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

What are my options when I return an item bought from Clogees.com.au?

Clogees will gladly accept returns for all faulty items. We will accept all change of

1. We do not offer exchanges online, however you can email our store with you request and we will contact you to discuss a solution.
2. If your product is or becomes faulty – The goods will be assessed by the Customer Service team and if deemed faulty we will offer you a refund of the purchase price, a store credit or replacement if the product is still available.
